Product benefits at a glance

High dimensional and geometrical accuracy
These features apply even to induction-bent pipe with extreme wall thicknesses and/or in special materials.
Our manufacturing programme accommodates all conceivable bending radii - from extra-large for optimum flow characteristics to extra-small where saving space is essential.

Wide range of dimensions
Our range of starting pipes comprises seamless and welded steel pipe in outside diameters of 88.9 to 1,780 mm (3 1&Mac218;2" to 70"). Depending on the diameter, bending radius and material, wall thicknesses of up to 180 mm are available.

Minimizing welds
With straight pipe lengths of up to 18 m, the number of girth welds can be considerably reduced. What's more, we can produce three-dimensional bends or swan-necks with tangent lengths and/or several bends in the same pipe.

Materials for all applications
We can bend pipe in all carbon, alloyed, and high-alloy steels. We also bend line pipe in thermo-mechanically rolled steels - a particularly demanding job in view of the modified microstructure, which places high demands on bending and heat treatment expertise.

Further processing
Induction-bent steel pipes can be processed in line with customer requirements or applicable standards. The scope of further processing comprises:

  • Heat treatment
  • Pipe end machining
  • Surface treatment

Quality management
All our products and processes are subject to DIN ISO 9001 quality assurance requirements - from steel melting and straight pipe manufacture through to induction bending.

Quality certificates
Our process and comprehensive range of induction-bent pipe have been audited and approved by globally recognised German and international institutes and classification boards.
